Boston Bruin Sean Thornton Takes Vancouver Writer to Task

Tony Gallagher called out Thornton for trying to fight a guy who already fought once in the same period.
What Gallagher didn’t know was that Thornton was in studio, mic’d up and ready to go toe-to-toe with Gallagher.
Thornton held his own in the war of words.
He told him that he has fought three times in one period, and that Weise and the rest of the nucks were more than willing to go when it was seven on one.
However when it was one on one he wouldn’t go.
Then Gallagher said that he was forty pounds lighter than Thornton, and within 20 seconds, he conceded that the weight differential was only twenty pounds.
Thornton countered with “I fought Boogaard,” who was much bigger than Thornton.
Gallagher relented.
